  • Immediate opportunity as a Project Manager in the Healthcare field working remotely on a dynamic project.
  • Immediate term role until December 31, 2024, with the potential to extend depending on the project.
  • Remote opportunity as a Project Manager, experience in the Healthcare field, and Human Resources is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with Project Managers and Healthcare Leaders and organizations who develop, oversee, and implement optimal patient care and handle all required needs and requests for each department to improve patient processes.
  • Coordinating with healthcare vendors and liaising with several specialized project management teams leading and implementing clinical process improvements.
  • Managing expectations of achievable deliverables for each project management group and ensuring resources are available for each specialized area.
  • Managing changes to healthcare services.
  • Assist with developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies in healthcare.
  • Partner with regulatory colleges and other organizations to increase training and learning opportunities to meet licensing requirements.
  • Handling confidential patient information.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate in Project Management is required.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management.
  • Certificate in Change Management is required.
  • 10 years of experience as a Project Manager with 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Healthcare industry, including experience with clinical change management and improving processes to front-line staff including physicians and nurses is required.
  • 5 years of experience in human resource management developing recruitment and retention strategies.
  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager implementing large transformational redesign projects.
  • 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a government setting.
  • 1 year of experience as a Project Manager working on projects including labor unions as key stakeholders.
  • 1 year of experience collaborating with educational institutions developing recruitment and retention strategies for organizations seeking to hire recently graduated students.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving project handling confidential patient information.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability and team-building skills.
