You will partner with teams within other functional areas to successfully implement client-focused initiatives and ensure projects of all sizes are completed in line with their business objectives.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you\xe2\x80\x99ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.How You\xe2\x80\x99ll SucceedProject Management - Outline project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, and costs. Lead \xe2\x80\x9cend-to-end\xe2\x80\x9d project delivery of initiatives from initiation through to post-implementation review as required. Facilitate decision making and develop risk-mitigated strategies to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.Change Management - Provide support for the transformational change management initiatives that can impact the entire Retail Distribution channel. Exhibit good business acumen and judgment in the formulation of recommendations to foresee and mitigate high-impact issues and complexities.Business Analysis - Provide in-depth advice/consultation typically of a strategic, operational, or process-oriented nature to project stakeholder groups, supporting Business Requirements definition as required.Relationship Management - Build ongoing partnerships with key partners across the business, including product, technology, marketing and operations. Work closely with various teams towards a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones as required.Who You AreYou can demonstrate experience in Retail Banking, how we deliver solutions to our clients, and engage our channel partners in bringing our strategy to life. You are adept at systematically identifying, analyzing and generating alternatives to issues/problems; you have the ability to spot potential issues or risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. You have 3-years of experience planning and leading projects, including knowledge of our Enterprise Project Delivery Framework (EDF), project governance models, and tools. It\xe2\x80\x99s an asset if you also have experience with Agile project delivery methodologies, and enterprise project management systems (e.g. Planview).You have a degree/diploma in Business, Project Management, and/or a related field of study. It\xe2\x80\x99s an asset if you have your MBA or your PMP designation.Your influence makes an impact. You know that relationships and networks are essential to success.
