Project Manager - Product & Program



Location : 2 days in Toronto office.



Contract Role



We are seeking a

Project Manager

to support a

broad, multi-workstream initiative

within the Product organization. This individual will drive program coordination, maintain documentation, manage timelines, and ensure visibility across multiple product and operational streams.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized communicator with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, support onboarding and training efforts, and coordinate resource allocation to ensure team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and maintain the overall project plan, tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across product workstreams. Work with product managers and functional leads to align planning, goals, and execution timelines. Manage resource planning, helping to identify capacity shifts, role coverage, and resource reallocation across teams. Support new team member onboarding, including creating onboarding materials, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining documentation. Maintain comprehensive project documentation -- roadmaps, progress reports, risk logs, and action registers. Facilitate cross-functional planning and governance meetings, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Coordinate with training and enablement teams to identify skill gaps and create structured learning plans. Monitor progress against goals and summarize updates for leadership through dashboards and reports. Drive consistency in communication and process alignment across multiple product and operations teams.

Qualifications & Skills



5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within product, operations, or technology environments. Proven experience managing multi-workstream programs with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills. Experience with onboarding management, training coordination, and stakeholder-facing documentation. Comfortable handling resource planning and reshuffling in response to changing program priorities. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, or equivalent collaboration tools. Knowledge of agile methodologies and how to integrate agile planning into program-level management. PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification preferred.
