Release Project Manager Product and Technology PMO

We're looking for an exceptional Release Project Manager for the Product and Technology PMO, who is ready to drive the future of mobility with us!



Daily Responsibilities:Manages the planning, scheduling, and deployment of software releases Coordinates Release processes between different teams Conducts release readiness and milestone reviews Align with other Project managers and engineering teams to ensure the clarity of the release cope Remove all impediments towards the release Drives release process improvement Report on project status, maintaining the product dashboard and key performance indicators (KPIs). Continuously manage priorities while addressing potential change requests such as new commitment requests, implementation challenges, escalations, and delays between teams.



Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (required) Master's degree or PMP/PMI certification (preferred) 2+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in a global organization Experience with AI, human machine interfaces, Edge and Cloud software development, or automotive applications Demonstrated success in release management and project management for products Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to drive cross-functional and geographically distributed teams Strong organizational skills to manage multiple releases and timelines. Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, PowerBI). Strong interest in and experience with state of art software release methodologies, continuous integration and delivery

Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet de Lancement exceptionnel pour rejoindre notre PMO Produits et Technologies et contribuer a faconner l'avenir de la mobilite!
Responsabilites:Gerer la planification, l'ordonnancement et le deploiement du logiciel Coordonner les processus de lancement entre les differentes equipes Mener des revues de preparation au deploiement du logiciel Mener et coordonner des revues de jalons cles au succes des deploiements Collaborer avec les chefs de projet et les equipes d'ingenierie pour clarifier la portee des versions du logiciel Supprimer tous les obstacles au bon deroulement des lancements Piloter l'amelioration continue des processus de lancement Suivre l'etat d'avancement des projets, maintenir le tableau de bord produit et les indicateurs cles de performance (KPI) Gerer en continu les priorites tout en repondant aux demandes de changement, aux nouveaux engagements, aux defis d'implementation, aux escalades et aux retards entre les equipes
Exigences:Diplome en administration des affaires, ingenierie, informatique ou domaine connexe (obligatoire) Diplome de master ou certification PMP/PMI (prefere) Minimum de 2 ans d'experience en gestion de projet ou de programme, idealement dans une organisation internationale Experience dans les domaines de l'IA, des interfaces homme-machine, du developpement logiciel Edge et Cloud, ou des applications automobiles Succes demontre en gestion de projet et de lancement de produits Excellentes competences interpersonnelles pour mobiliser des equipes transverses et geographiquement dispersees Solides competences organisationnelles pour gerer plusieurs lancements et echeanciers Maitrise avancee des methodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Waterfall, Hybride) et des outils (Jira, MS Project, PowerBI) Interet marque et experience dans les methodologies de lancement logiciel de pointe, l'integration continue et le deploiement continu
