What are your contributions to the team?
Define floor plan for the production assembly line
Analyze aircraft flow, parts, equipment, manpower
Identify and participate in improvement projects (Kaizen).
Define and Produce the optimal line balancing for specific rate.
Establish the detailed manpower requirement (work centers, crew type, shift,)
Determine Production capacity (Manpower, equipment)
Produce daily production schedule (Chart)
Collect, document and maintain manufacturing data. (loads, capacity, equipment,
footprint ...)
Participate in analyzing and establishing the production standard time
Establish detailed value stream mapping
How to thrive in this role?
You hold a College or Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
You have a minimum of (2) year years of experience in manufacturing environment
You demonstrate strong logical and mechanical skills;
You have a great capacity to simplify tasks;
You are organized, rigorous, demonstrate initiative and autonomy;
You are a team player;
You demonstrate leadership, patience, perseverance, curiosity and enjoy taking on challenges;
You master Excel and Ms Project;
You are familiar with the aerospace industry and furniture manufacturing (an asset).
You communicate (orally and in writing) in French and English (an asset)
