What are your contributions to the team?
- Define floor plan for the production assembly line
- Analyze aircraft flow, parts, equipment, manpower
- Identify and participate in improvement projects (Kaizen).
- Define and Produce the optimal line balancing for specific rate.
- Establish the detailed manpower requirement (work centers, crew type, shift,)
- Determine Production capacity (Manpower, equipment)
- Produce daily production schedule (Chart)
- Collect, document and maintain manufacturing data. (loads, capacity, equipment,
- Participate in analyzing and establishing the production standard time
- Establish detailed value stream mapping
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a College or Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
- You have a minimum of (2) year years of experience in manufacturing environment
- You demonstrate strong logical and mechanical skills;
- You have a great capacity to simplify tasks;
- You are organized, rigorous, demonstrate initiative and autonomy;
- You are a team player;
- You demonstrate leadership, patience, perseverance, curiosity and enjoy taking on challenges;
- You master Excel and Ms Project;
- You are familiar with the aerospace industry and furniture manufacturing (an asset).
- You communicate (orally and in writing) in French and English (an asset)
