Intership Summary

As a project manager - intern in industrial engineering, you will be working in a young and dynamic team within our company's manufacturing engineering department. You will be involved in various equipment integration projects as well as in the improvement of workstations and the development of better work processes. In addition, you will support the industrial engineering team in the realization of their projects for the layout of our factories and the balancing of production.

List of daily tasks:

Analyze, propose and participate in the implementation of work methods to reduce non-added value, sources of waste and the accident risks. Participate in workstation design. Participate in the establishment of standard work processes. Provides support in reducing tool changeover times (SMED). Material flow analysis. All other tasks contributing to the improvement of existing industrial processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's student in Industrial Engineering.

Be available full-time for an internship in fall 2025 (September to December).

Fluency in French and functional English. Attention to detail. Thoroughness. Creative spirit. Ability to work in a team. Focused on results and fulfillment of mandates. Leadership skills. Knowledge of Office suite software (intermediate knowledge of Excel). Knowledge of AutoCAD software.

About Metaltech-Omega
