Title: Project Manager MS&T ESO

Location: Baie D\'Urf\xc3\xa9, Canada; Hybride, 37.5h/week



Project Manager (PM) holds overall responsibility and ownership for the project results, which includes strategy development, scoping, planning, execution, and budget/resource management, from initiation through implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage new product development, product transfer or other specific projects to manufacturing sites.
- Leads technical transfer project team at site and liaises efficiently with involved functions (e.g. Technical Development, Supply Chain, Production Unit, Quality Control, HSE, other sites.)
- Work closely with all stakeholders to obtain an optimal commercial manufacturing process flow after project completion.
- Define required expertise and request resources as necessary, Coordinate all project related activities.
- Track and report progress across projects by reviewing schedules and due dates, identifying risks and assisting teams with contingency plans.
- Communicate project progress and issues to the team.
- Assess manufacturing capability

Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in engineering / manufacturing/ Pharmaceutical Technology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries, gained especially in Production or CI.
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP is strongly meriting.
- Project management experience.
- Development experience, good knowledge of Project Management tools (MS Project or others).
- Experienced in product development/product transfer and New Product Introduction
- Bilingual and comfortable to work in a multicultural/multilingual environment (Main communication in English).
