In this dynamic role, you\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99ll collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders to deliver on projects and add value to the business. You\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99ll use your leadership and project delivery skills to complete a broad range of operational projects and further the business\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99 continued growth and success.



Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the overall project delivery from initiation to closeout, ensuring the approved project scope is delivered on time and within budget

Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, senior management, and other internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward in alignment with overall business priority

Employ leadership and facilitation skills to engage with subject matter experts from across the organization to ensure relevant project and design information is captured, understood, and appropriately considered during the project lifecycle

Work collaboratively with other team members to identify and analyze project risks, develop risk management strategies, and maintain project timelines and budgets

Communicate project updates to Senior Managers and Executives on a weekly and monthly basis through both written and verbal forums

Knowledge and Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in a scientific discipline with a minimum of 2 years experience in a project management role

Minimum 5 years experience working on cross functional projects and facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups required

Experience with business analysis

Experience communicating and influencing within a complex interdisciplinary environment

Strong computer literacy experience with word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management and database applications
