Denver Property Restoration is looking to hire a new member to our Northern Division/Northwestern Ontario Division. We offer restorative and construction services to residential homes and commercial buildings in Northern Manitoba and in Northwestern Ontario.
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

The candidate must be customer-focused and hard working with a can-do attitude, and willingness to learn and grow. Knowledge and experience in all aspects of construction are required. This position involves documenting job progress and maintaining relationships with the areas where you are stationed. We are seeking an individual with strong work ethic and willingness, and the ability to be out of town for extended period of time as a requirement of this position.

What You'll Do:
Lead residential and commercial projects from start to finish
Manage site crews and subcontractors with professionalism and clarity
Review and execute design plans, ensuring top-quality work and client satisfaction
Oversee day to day construction to ensure site integrity
Conduct site meetings, track progress, and resolve construction challenges
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and team morale
Assist in hands-on construction where required
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in construction background
Strong understanding of building construction and reading blueprints
Well versed with building codes
Interpreting construction/design drawings
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills with both clients and crews
Valid Manitoba Driver's License
A Class 3 driver's license is an asset
Familiarity with residential construction techniques and landscape elements (e.g., concrete, decking, planting, sprinklers, carpentry, lighting, etc.)
Able to provide a clear Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Registry Check and an Adult Abuse Registry Check, along with a Driver's Abstract.
