Hybrid: 4 days in-office
Anchor days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays are in office days. Flexible 1 day
Contract Duration: 01/12/2026 to 01/11/2027
Possibility of extension: Yes, based on performance and business needs
Schedule Hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week
Story Behind the Need

• Business group: Global HR Project Management Office
• Project: GHR Modernization - Digitization of HR services

This will be a Migration and implementation project of an existing system to ServiceNow
Reason: To support implementation of approved Global HR project.

SUMMARY:
Contribute to the overall success of the Global HR Project Management Office and GHR Modernization ensuring specific goals, plans and initiatives are executed/delivered in support of HR's strategies and objectives. Conducts all activities in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Must Have Skills:

• 4 years of project management experience in corporate functions like HR.
• Expert familiarity with Project management disciplines and tools
• 4 years running complex projects, preferably with experience in HR Technology
• Strong financial acumen is required
• 4 years of recent experience with MS Project
• Expert level experience with MS Office tools like Advanced Excel (Pivot tables), PowerPoint.
• Certification in project management (PMP)

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Previous experience with ServiceNow implementations is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal/written) is preferred
• 2+ years of experience with Clarity PPM
• Strong knowledge of the Bank, or FIs is preferred
• Experience with AI tools and Microsoft Copilot is considered an asset.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills/relationship management/communicator/problem solving
• Must be proactive, self-Starter and capable of learning new ways of doing things
• Capable of moving forward through complex situations
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with project stakeholders including senior leadership

Best vs. Average Candidate:
The ideal candidate would be an experienced PMP certified Project Manager with proven experience in corporate functions like HR. Previous experience with migration and implementation projects. Recent experience with ServiceNow is highly preferred.
Degrees or certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Certification in project management (PMP)
• ServiceNow certifications will be an asset

Structure and Format: MS Teams Interview
- 1st round: Video interview with HM
- 2nd round: Case study. In-Person panel interview with HM and Team.
