Story Behind the Need
Business group: Risk Transformation Management Office (TMO) Project Management Office
Project: Lead regulatory, risk, (IFRS 9) and Credit Judication project.
Reason: To backfill a PM to lead the regulatory project.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or related financial industry or regulatory experience
2) 5+ years of experience in regulatory projects (example: IFRS9) as a project management
3) 5+ years - Experience of working within change management programs
4) Experience of managing senior stakeholders / running meetings/ preparing presentations is crucial for this role
5) Ability to use Microsoft Office -Advanced excel and PowerPoint. Power BI is an asset
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Previous experience with IFRS9 and Credit Judication in recent projects is highly preferred
2) Previous have experience in regulatory and risk management project management
3) Recent exp with top 5 banks is nice to have
