We're Hiring: Project Manager - Mould & Asbestos Restoration

Location: [Hamilton]
Wage: $30-$35 per hour (vacation pay paid out as a percentage of your pay on each cheque)
Company Vehicle & Phone Provided (for work use)
Full-time | On-site/Inspections Daily 1 hour surrounding Hamilton, ON.

mould and asbestos remediation

, and we're currently seeking a

Project Manager

to take the lead on inspections, estimates, and overall project execution.

What You'll Do:

Conduct

on-site inspections

for mould, asbestos and other environmental concerns (i.e. Water, fire, vermiculite, cleaning, odour) Prepare and present

detailed estimates

for work to clients Provide excellent

customer service

and maintain strong client communication with clients and our team Perform sales duties to increase the chances we receive the jobs you quote Perform

job walkthroughs

with technicians and clients Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, compliance, and timelines Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and clients as needed Maintain accurate documentation throughout each job lifecycle Solve customer disputes as they arise to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

Prior

experience in the restoration or environmental industry

(mould/asbestos preferred). Vermiculite knowledge considered an asset. Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction/restoration processes Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license and clean driving record Bondable A positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to

grow with the company
