Project Manager
who can think independently, solve problems with ease, and lead projects with minimal supervision.
We have five manufacturing plants in Canada and USA.
Position Overview
As the primary liaison with our customers, the Project Manager will oversee all phases of customer projects, serving as the primary point of contact to communicate project status, address issues, manage change requests, coordinate drawing submittals and approvals, and engage with contractors as necessary.
The ideal candidate understands the manufacturing and construction cycle and can effectively manage customer projects from order to installation. Practical experience, multi-tasking skills, and a positive attitude are valued above formal education.

This position can be based anywhere in Canada or the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong customer relationships through excellent customer service.
Create and maintain detailed work plans, project schedules, budgets, cost reports, and project evaluations.
Lead project kick-off, close-out, and lessons learned meetings with all departments.
Ensure timely drawing submittals and customer approvals.
Execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), document results, and provide feedback.
Coordinate with manufacturing plants to deliver quality equipment on time.
Arrange and oversee equipment installation, ensuring quality and cost control.
Report project status to management and ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
Assist accounting staff with accounts receivable and collections.
Track and report on project performance metrics (KPIs).
Support the business development team with regional sales strategies and leads.
Engage in cross-training and career development within the Customer Experience Team.
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience with a record of successful delivery.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to plan, schedule, budget, and report in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with manufacturing and construction project cycles.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or MBA preferred.
Ability to travel to the US and fluency in English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
