We specialize in project design and management, horizontal directional drilling, hydro-vacuuming, splicing, and various civil engineering components.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at RPB Industries. In this role, you will oversee utility installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Utilize PMBOK principles to guide project management processes effectively. Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project adaptability and responsiveness. Supervise team members and provide guidance to achieve project objectives. Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project status and updates. Collect data for reporting purposes and analyze metrics to improve future projects.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the utility or construction industry. Strong budgeting skills with a track record of managing project finances effectively. Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with PMBOK guidelines and Agile methodologies is essential. Experience with project management tools such as Visio and Project Server is preferred. Ability to supervise teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
