Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Director, the Project Manager II will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of assigned Bio/Pharmaceutical projects - including any specific primary accounts or clients. This is a customer focused role requiring excellent communication and organizational skills to act not only as an advocate for the client but also manage all internal stakeholder expectations and deliverables. The Bio/Pharmaceutical Project Manager II will act as the central point of contact for assigned projects (or clients), follow Project Management best practices and function as a resource within the BPT Operations team for assigned projects. The incumbent must be energetic, exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and must have the ability to interact with customers and staff in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining proactive, resourceful and efficient. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
