The Project Execution team is a brand-new team within ICG Technology, Enterprise and Architecture Practices, working closely alongside our Data Engineering and Data Embedders teams. Our mission is to make it easier for technology teams onboard on to the new Cloud Data Platform and deliver solutions for our clients.
In addition to building out capabilities, Common Platform Engineering needs to engage proactively with LOB teams to speed adoption by embedding with the teams helping them use the new capabilities, and just as importantly get feedback from the experience to bring back to the core teams. Managing the delivery for these projects across various LOBs is a critical part of the process. The Data Engineering team comprises nine core technical pillars: Data Modelling, Data Catalog, Data API, Data Events, Data IaaS, CBDC & Privacy, Codification of Rules, Entitlements, and each of these will be focused on their associated technical capability.
The Opportunity
The role of Project Execution Team will be to work closely with the LOB teams acting as early adopters of the new cloud data offerings coming out of the data engineering teams \xe2\x80\x93 bringing combined projects to production. In addition, they will work alongside the Data Embedders group to provide feedback on improvements/ enhancements required to the core tools.
This role will ensure project tracking artifacts are completed timely and work with the LOB teams to ensure captured status updates are correct. As part of this, you will work alongside various LOB teams to help collect and update required documents to enable production releases for the project. The role will expand as the number of cloud data offering projects grows.
Responsibilities:
Reporting and RAID management across Data projects
Collate status updates across multiple LOBs cloud data onboarding progress
Manage documentation and artifacts for project tracking, Jira and change management
An excellent communicator who is collaborative by nature, gets on well with others and builds strong working relationships across the firm
A self-starter with the ability to work effectively in teams
Characteristics/Experience:
At least 4-6 years of experience
Experience with Agile documentation
Experience with Jira, Power Point, Excel
Experience with Confluence \xe2\x80\x93 an advantage
Excellent English
Strong can-do attitude and organizational skills with great attention to detail
Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skill Education:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
PMP Certification preferred
