About the role
We are looking for a highly qualified Human Resources Project Manager for our growing team! In this role, you will have the chance to demonstrate your skills and experience in transforming HR processes by working collaboratively with the HR community and the entire company's operations.
With the help of motivated colleagues, you will play a key role in the implementation of new human projects, in the development of a change management culture to improve the experience of leaders and employees at scale.
What you\'ll do here:
Analyze the potential impacts and issues of the project and the impacts on the various stakeholders in its sector of activity.
Coordinate the deployment with the different teams by ensuring that objectives and deadlines are met.
Communicate changes according to the approval cycle and prepare the agenda based on approved and upcoming changes.
Plan and coordinate project activities related to requirements or organizational changes.
Verify business needs, including conducting interviews and organizing work sessions.
Document business requirements using document templates.
Ensure that on the day of deployment, all activities are put in place so that everything takes place according to the established standards.
Following deployments, analyze the indicators of success obtained to ensure that they are in line with what is targeted and propose solutions if necessary.
Be a resource person for the various stakeholders affected in the event of problems with the deployment.
Act as an agent of change to evaluate and communicate the impact of these changes on the various operational teams.
What you\'ll put to good use:
Bachelor's degree or any combination of relevant and equivalent training and experience
At least 3-5 years of project management
Knowledge of the insurance industry (an asset)
Knowledge of Agile methodology required
Knowledge of Intact internal processes (an asset)
PMP certification (an asset)
Knowledge and mastery of project management and change management methodologies, tools and best practices
Ease of adaptation to a changing environment
The ability to influence
Quick learning curves and strategic thinking to challenge the status quo
Excellent communication skills
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
