Wolfenburg is currently seeking an experienced roofing supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, strong leadership skills, and an attention to detail.

About us: Wolfenburg is a commercial flat roofing contractor servicing Ottawa for the past 15 years. Our team consists of about 75 dedicated individuals with a passion for excellence. From Institutional, commercial, industrial or residential flat roofs, we do it all and we do it really well.

Responsibilities:

Supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of roofing professionals, including flat roofers, labourers, and apprentices. Planning and scheduling the work of the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Ensuring that safety regulations and guidelines are followed at all times on job sites. Managing inventory and ordering materials as needed. Inspecting the work of the team to ensure that it meets quality standards. Communicating effectively with clients and other stakeholders. Keeping accurate records of all roofing projects, including labor and materials costs. Training and mentoring team members to help them develop the skills they need to advance in the roofing profession.
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, including at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. Understanding of flat roofing systems and materials. Excellent leadership and management skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address potential problems. Strong communication and customer service skills. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
