Eurofins CDMO Alphora Inc. develops and manufactures new therapeutics to improve the lives and health of patients. POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Manager, Project Management, the Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple client projects in a manner that satisfies the contractual agreements and encourages long-term relationships.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and deliver client quotation with the Business Development Executive as well as staff from the technical team such as Research & Development, Analytical Services, Operations, Drug Product Operations, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Incorporate client requirements derived from written contracts into a documented project plan in collaboration with project teams composed of technical staff from Research + Development, Analytical Services, Operations, Drug Product Operations, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor, track and control progress of projects to ensure compliance with terms and conditions of contractual agreements and productive relationships with clients

\xc2\xb7 Identify impediments to meeting timelines, budgets or achieving service/product quality and support on-site leadership to the project team in reaching solutions satisfactory to the clients

\xc2\xb7 Act as the key project contact in communications with clients on matters related to the project including but not limited to development, production, financial and commercial aspects of the project

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and facilitate the post-project evaluation

\xc2\xb7 Adhere to project management systems such as practices, templates, policies, tools, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Support program advancement through participation of operational, project update, and financial meetings and reporting as necessary.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain an understanding of Alphora\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities and capacity

Qualifications

• Degree in the sciences, BSc preferred
• PMP is preferred and knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience required as a Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of financial acumen
• Strong oral and written communication skills
