Eurofins CDMO Alphora Inc. develops and manufactures new therapeutics to improve the lives and health of patients. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful completion of projects within Drug Product Operations. The Technical PM will provide technical oversight and manage projects, timelines and budgets across all functional groups within Drug Product Operations. The Technical PM will set schedules, provide technical updates during client meetings and ensure the project teams are tracking to schedule and budgeted hours. The Technical PM reports to the Head of Formulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage project timelines and resource schedules
• Establish clear deliverables and roles and responsibilities based on project scope
• Create project plans and ensure the successful execution across each functional team
• Coordinate and lead team meetings, manage progress and address challenges.
• Manage forecast tracking to ensure the Actual, Forecasted and Budgeted hours are tracked and managed so that Capacity file is up to date and accurate.
• Provide project updates during client meetings and track project completion
• Provide technical input to team as required to ensure successful execution of projects
• Review GMP and technical documentation as required. Including but not limited to Batch Records, Protocols, Deviations, SOP\xe2\x80\x99s, etc.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with the applicable SOPs, cGMPs and GLPs.
• Adhere to the policies and guidelines set out in the Alphora Employee Handbook.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Within the Company

Interact with all staff throughout the company as necessary to implement the business objectives.

Outside of the Company

Interact with equipment vendors and material suppliers to support the business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in related life sciences
• 3-5 years related experience
