Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Project Manager- EDF/Banking and offers a unique chance to oversee significant initiatives within a dynamic enterprise environment. This role involves managing a critical component of a major enterprise program, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring project success through strategic planning and execution. The position demands a seasoned professional capable of navigating complex project landscapes, driving results, and contributing to the organization's transformational goals. Responsibilities
Lead and manage a vital segment of a large enterprise initiative, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to scope and budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across various departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
Develop, execute, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using MS Project and other project management tools.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
Facilitate project meetings, documentation, and reporting to ensure all team members are aligned on project status and deliverables.
Support the integration of project outputs into operational environments, ensuring seamless transition and adoption.
Assist in resource planning and allocation to meet project demands while balancing team workload.
Desired Skill-Set
Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience within a fast-paced, complex environment.
PMP certification is required if the candidate has not previously held a project management role within the organization.
Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office suite with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a keen focus on deadlines and priorities.
Strong financial management skills, including project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting (minimum 3 years).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to adapt to evolving project scopes and organizational priorities.
Nice to Have
Prior experience working within a financial services or enterprise setting.
Familiarity with the Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF).
Previous familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration and enterprise-level project coordination.
