Position Overview:



We're looking for a

technically fluent, operationally sharp Project Manager

to lead complex, high-impact deployments within our Digital Transformation Group (DTG). This isn't a task-tracking role--it's an

outcome ownership position

. You'll guide the delivery of our flagship interoperability platform (NEXIA), modular SCADA/data systems, and advanced automation solutions across manufacturing and logistics.You'll operate at the center of everything--connecting software, deployment, product, and customer teams. What You'll Do:



Project Delivery



Lead full?lifecycle project delivery--kickoff to lessons learned for NEXIA, SCADA, middleware, and OT system deployments

Conduct plan and design reviews, manage implementation milestones, oversee customer handoff, and support the transition from the project team to the service team

Stakeholder Coordination



Act as the central coordinator across DTG functions: Product, Implementation, Services, and Business Development

Act as the voice of the customer to help identify gaps in our product offering or opportunities to act on unrealized potential within a customer's process or facility

Guide technical alignment between system capabilities and customer expectations

Scope Management



Prevent scope creep through proactive discovery, documentation, and clear communication of project deliverables

Ensure all required work is captured, resourced, and aligned with the client's success criteria

Lead internal and external conversations to evaluate impact, negotiate changes, and drive timely approvals for change order

s Generate and qualify new leads discovered through project execution, feeding them into the sales funnel

Advocate for the client's long-term success by recommending solution extensions when justified by ROI or operational value

Ensure scope decisions are traceable and communicated across all relevant teams (delivery, sales, product, service)

Culture & Standardization



Champion DTG's culture of curiosity, clarity, accountability, and grit in every project

Identify repeatable patterns and lead standardization across deployments

Coaching & Mentorship:



Coach internal and external stakeholders--modeling fearless execution and human?first problem?solving

Note: The key accountabilities are not an exhaustive list and other duties may be assigned as needed.

What You Bring:

Must-Have



5+ years in project management within industrial automation, systems integration, or digital transformation

Technical fluency in SCADA, PLC, OT/IT systems, IIoT architecture, or software deployments

Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and executive levels

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites and partner locations

Nice-to-Have



Experience with AGVs/AMRs, industrial orchestration platforms, or hybrid product-service models

Familiarity with Agile, hybrid PM frameworks, or PMP certification

Exposure to middleware, MES, ERP, or system interoperability projects
