Contractor Management
: Keep 20+ freelancers performing consistently across multiple client campaignsBasecamp Optimization
: Improve our existing workflows, templates, and project structures (you must be a Basecamp expert, not just familiar)Process Enhancement
: Take what works and make it bulletproof for scaleQuality Control
: Ensure campaign delivery is smooth and consistentCapacity Planning
: Distribute workload efficiently across contractors and teamWhat We Don't Need
Someone who needs extensive training on agency operations Corporate PMs who've never managed freelancers People who want to reinvent everything from scratch Hand-holding or micromanagement
Must-Have Experience
3+ years in digital marketing agencies
(corporate doesn't count)Basecamp power user
