Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, highly organized and proactive

Project Manager

. This role is pivotal in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, crews, and insurance adjusters.

Responsibilities

Conduct site inspections, estimate damages, and develop work scopes Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget Serve as a point of contact for clients, insurers, and subcontractors Build and maintain positive relationships with insurance adjusters and clients Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or delays Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, invoices, and change orders

Experience:

3 to 5 years of construction experience in insurance restoration IICRC certification would be an asset Working knowledge of Xactimate Computer literacy is a must for this position Dedication to monitoring job costs to ensure job profitability Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience overseeing emergency mitigations and/or construction projects, both residential and commercial Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively
