Summary



We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Northern Dock Systems. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects related to loading dock systems and commercial overhead door installations. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities



Lead the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to safety standards. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met. Manage change orders and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project updates. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Prepare reports on project status for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements



Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or similar related to industry Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project planning tools is an asset Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
