Title: Enterprise Imaging Project Manager Overview of Position
The Project Manager will take responsibility for managing medium to large customer projects from project definition through administrative closure and transition to operational support. The Project Manager will monitor the progress of the project activities, provide a primary continuous point of contact to the customer, and manage internal and external project teams in the successful execution of project activities.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Project Planning for Medium to Large Sites/Site with High Complexity
  • Scope and Change Management; schedule Management; budget Management; communication Management; risk Management; Procurement Management
  • Implementation Team Coordination; technical Engineer Team Coordination; customer Issue Tracking and Resolution
  • Charter / Statement of Work Creation; status Reports; time tracking; cross Departmental Coordination
  • Mentoring of Other Project Managers
What are the requirements needed for this position?
  • 4 years of Healthcare IT; Imaging preferred
  • Experience managing projects of medium to large scope
  • Experience managing project Teams
  • Experience with IT System Integration
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or related experience
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
  • PMP Certification
  • Knowledge of Radiology and Cardiology/ Imaging background
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent, Self-starter
  • Team Builder/Team Player
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Intermediate to Expert IT skills
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Time Management
  • Ability to influence others
  • Ability to manage C-Suite relationships at the local level
What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job? General office demands How much should I expect to travel? Travel up to 25% Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
