If you are a talented and experienced Project Manager, Aplin has the right opportunity for you! Our Newfoundland and Labrador client is seeking a Project Manager to support project delivery by ensuring everything is running productively.

This is a Full-time opportunity and is available to candidates in surrounding areas by Corner Brook, NFLD, or Ontario.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree, in Business Administration, IT, or related discipline required
• PMP, Prince2, or similar Project Management certification is considered an asset
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role, working in food/retails is an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills; energetic and results-focused
• High level of competence with Microsoft Office
