LogiSense is seeking a Project Manager to join our team and work on fascinating technology while enjoying a work-from-home virtual environment with an outstanding group of people who are solving new challenges around monetizing IoT, Communications and XaaS products and services for Enterprise customers.

As a key member of our Global Services team, you'll help us by leading simultaneous deployment and development project initiatives for our industry-leading usage-based billing platform that offers companies a new way to do business. You will do so in a traditional and agile fashion while interfacing with everyone from executive leadership to individual team members.

The Position

As a LogiSense Project Manager, you'll grow your expertise in planning, implementing and tracking single or multiple client projects from beginning to end, including responsibility for project scope, costs, and delivery of value.

Be Good At:

  • Applying your experience:
  • 3+ years of customer-facing interactions acting as the primary Project Manager
  • Active PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-CAPM Certification preferred; and,
  • A BA/BS University degree or college diploma
  • Demonstrating your experience leading and managing projects valued in excess of $250k
  • Demonstrating your experience in software development (SDLC) and/or deployment projects
  • Creating and managing project plans to align scope, schedule, cost, and resources
  • Project tracking to proactively identify, quantify, and communicate project issues, actions, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and risks throughout the project life-cycle
  • Preparing and delivering weekly customer status and internal PMO status reports
  • Managing expectations, risk, and communication in a manner that enables highly coordinated execution, control, and delivery between project teams and stakeholders
  • Making recommendations to leadership on the resolution of project risks, issues, and priorities
  • Managing a flexible work schedule with the possibility of travelling to client locations
  • Determining and securing business resources to satisfy project deliverables
  • Tracking project metrics including time utilization, financial data, and planning forecasts
  • Providing leadership, influence, and facilitation skills to coordinate and direct effective meetings for project teams
  • Ensuring that change, acceptance and approval management is pro-actively and effectively managed
  • Collaborating and communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Adopting our LogiGate processes/templates while continually contributing toward opportunities for improvement to build and grow our PMO Centre of Excellence
  • Engaging in sharing of lessons learned and best practices in project management
  • Demonstrating your comfort working with Waterfall or Agile project management methodologies
  • Displaying your familiarity with Google, Microsoft, SmartSheets (or other project planning software), JIRA, Confluence, Tempo, WebEx
  • Remaining calm and applying critical thinking in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrating your strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Presenting your effective relationship skills with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Handling multiple projects in an environment with competing priorities
  • Displaying your knowledge, skills, and behaviour to guide, motivate and direct a team, to help organizations achieve its business goals
  • Bonus points for familiarity with:
  • Salsforce and or other CRM business applications
  • BSS and Usage Rating market experience
  • Business analysis
  • Portal, Order, Content Management, and CRM solution integrations
