Job Summary

D&D Commercial Roofing is seeking a Building Envelope Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various subcontractors, clients, and team members. Specific scope includes commercial and industrial building envelope: flat/low slope and metal roofing, architectural cladding systems (metal, ACM, phenolic, fiber cement), below grade waterproofing (sheet membrane, liquid applied).

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review

shop drawings

for cladding projects. Produce

progress reports

and track job hours and productivity to ensure project timelines are met. Collaborate closely with the

Estimator

to provide accurate cost analysis and forecasts. Handle

orders

and maintain procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials. Coordinate all activities related to the project, including

site meetings

and

site visits

. Compile and manage

submittal packages

for materials, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in

Cladding Systems

including

IMP, Metal, Fiber Cement, ACM, and Phenolic

. Strong knowledge of

shop drawings

,

progress tracking

, and

coordination

. Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders such as the estimator, procurement teams, and subcontractors. Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
