Role & Responsibilities
Project Management

• 
  Collaborate closely with all the Bullish teams (Tech and Ops) to develop the structure and content of the book of work for the stream.
• 
  Take ownership and drive to close any internal and external dependencies (3rd party partners)
• 
  Partner with peer project managers globally to ensure a consistent plan across regions.
• 
  Understand closely the deliverables and associated requirements / blockers to enable these to be executed on.
• 
  Adopt the central project management tooling to incorporate this book of work in the overall tracking and reporting framework.
• 
  Represent the project or team in respect of progress, status updates, risks, issues.
• 
  Co-ordinate with other members of the project management team in relation to dependencies across technical areas

PMO tooling

• 
  Support the gathering and documentation of requirements for change across business processes and technologies
• 
  Define and manage the PMO related book-of-work, setting and continuously managing the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders.
• 
  Consult with stakeholders to define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures and problems
• 
  Evaluate, analyze and maintain integrity of project related data and business processes
• 
  Understanding and documenting end-to-end workflows and data flows
• 
  Creation of reporting dashboards in support of projects and deliveries
• 
  Assist in the designing and development of project and business level reporting
• 
  Adopt and support the enhancement of Bullish Project Management tooling.

Experience/Qualifications

• 
  5-10 years experience as Project Manager including in house software development with a combination of financial markets, FinTech
