Ware Malcomb is hiring for an Architectural Project Manager in our Toronto area office located in Vaughan!
Project Managers are responsible for the successful management of multiple architecture projects whilst leading and mentoring assigned staff. Project Managers lead the consultants and internal resources, oversee the development of contract documents, adhere to budgets, facilitate contracts, construction site representation and are a primary client contact throughout the life of a project.
Project Manager, Architecture Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the field of Architecture working on commercial and / or industrial projects
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture or related field
- AutoCad and Revit skills
- Architectural License preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
- Thorough knowledge of building codes
- Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
