Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead software development projects from conception to launch. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will be responsible for creating project plans, managing timelines and budgets, identifying risks, and driving clear communication across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Your leadership will play a key role in delivering innovative applications that meet user needs and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities

Manage:
Facilitate sprint planning, scrum meet ups, and retrospectives in agile projects.?
Planning and reporting:
Define project objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.?
Scheduling:
Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery?
Communication:
Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.?
Risk mitigation:
Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.?
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.Requirements
? Proven experience as a Project Manager in app development or related technology fields.
? Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
? Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
? Proficiency in project management tools (Asana).
? Proven ability to work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
? Certification in project management
? Experience in managing remote or distributed teams.
? Experience working in a startup or fast-paced technology environment.
