Job Description
Project Manager - Agile Contract Duration: 6 months Location -Montreal, Remote French / English Bilingual is a must Responsibilities: * Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies and Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) practices.
- Coaches and mentors, the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand.
- Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.
- Strong project management skills including risks & issues management
- Strong team management skills and experience in managing distributed team including offshore resources.
- At ease in an hybrid Agile environment where scope is assigned to squad to refine, develop and perform Testing (Unit, Functional, System Integration)
- Available to work during offshore overlapping hours from 8am.
- Insurance experience is an asset
