Our Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience leading large-scale data conversion and migration projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for team leadership, consisting of of technical, business subject matter experts, and vendor partners; and managing the end-to-end process of data conversion and migration for a large-scale project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the project management of complex data conversion and migration initiatives; establishing strong working relationships with the business subject matter experts, technical teams and vendors; and successfully delivering these large-scale data conversion and migration initiatives on time, within scope and budget.


This position can be done remotely or onsite during regular CST business hours. If working remotely, there will be an onsite travel requirement to the client's office in Regina, Saskatchewan. Must be Canada Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

Post-secondary education in Project Management or a relevant field. A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in project management and experience managing cross-functional project teams. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Project Manager role, managing large-scale data conversion and migration projects. A minimum of 7 years of proven vendor management experience. Excellent written skills and employs a disciplined approach to managing project records. Demonstrated interpersonal, management, and communication skills at all levels of the organization. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Proven project and resource planning capabilities. Proven ability to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions. Proven knowledge of data conversions and migration processes, tools and methodologies. Proven knowledge of data governance and compliance requirements Experience managing predictive, agile, and hybrid projects. Project management education and/or certifications (PMP). Proficiency with project management software.

Nice To Have Skills

Familiarity with data structures, data mapping, ETL processes and cloud platforms would be considered an asset
