Key Duties & Responsibilities



Project Strategy & PrioritizationCollaborate with department leads and the leadership team to align project priorities with organizational and corporate strategies, fostering ownership and accountability. Establish, implement, and refine project policies, processes, and functions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Assess project requests to ensure all pertinent details and information are provided from project initiation.


Project Management & ExecutionManage day-to-day operations of organization-wide projects, working closely with department and project leads. Document, learn, and support all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scope, workback schedules, budgets, and internal communication. Understand resource allocation and coordinate with project leads to schedule projects and resources effectively. Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the execution of tasks defined in the project plan. Interpret project requirements and communicate objectives clearly to project teams to ensure deadlines are met.


Communication & Stakeholder ManagementImplement and share standardized business updates and communications across the organization. Hold stakeholders accountable for providing required information and timely feedback on requests. Ensure a common understanding across stakeholders and team members by setting and managing expectations in accordance with the project plan. Communicate issues and roadblocks to stakeholders that may affect the scheduled delivery of required assets. Clearly communicate and ensure appropriate change management practices are used when necessary.
Skills & ExperienceDegree or Diploma in Project Management or equivalent Minimum 2 years experience in a project management role - in complex, multinational organizations Comprehensive understanding and demonstration of project management standards and principles Proven ability leading projects across multiple departments Demonstrated ability to work across multiple departments and levels to achieve results Outstanding communication, collaboration and analytical skills Results driven with the ability to take initiative to create (or improve) processes and services where needed. Excellent administration skills demonstrating accuracy, organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail Detail oriented with superior time-management skills Superb written and spoken English communication skills The ability to demonstrate tact, diplomacy and discretion with sensitive information Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) Solid problem solving and analytical skills Experience using a Project Management Software (i.e. ClickUp, Microsoft Project, Smartsheets)
