This transformation will require new operational strategies for executing and delivering our projects and enhanced ways of working. Within the Toronto Portfolio Management Office, Project Managers directly contribute to executing and delivering Industrial Affairs projects of the Toronto Site.The Project Manager acts as E2E* Project Manager for 2 to 4 middle size projects in Toronto and / or strategic Programs or as Project Management support to the E2E Project Manager for a Tier 1 Large & Complex project.The E2E Project Manager is a critical role in the overall management of the projects: this role is responsible for the project(s) cross functional integration, bridging the boundaries, removing siloes and enabling the flow of information among the various workstreams, managing the coordination of the Resource Management, Scope management, Risk management, Lessons learned processes and communication / reporting consolidation (executive summary), Shine updates (Cost, FTEs and PKMs), drive conflict resolution, support the governance process (Steerco preparation, Funding request preparation, decision-making process, etc.).The E2E Project Manager must interact and foster collaborative relationships with workstream controllers, project team members, Finance, site leadership, local and global PMF (Project Management Function), and the leadership from external partners or government entities.Project Managers also contribute to site-wide improvements on project management standards and methodology.*E2E = End-To-End: relates to the integration of all project cross-functional workstreams and project phases (from feasibility to closure of the project)We are an innovative global healthcare company with one purpose: to chase the miracles of science to improve peoplexe2x80x99s lives. Ready to get started?Main Responsibilities:E2E Project Manager responsibilities 90%Project Cross functional integration, bridging the boundaries, removing siloes and enabling the flow of information among the various workstreams.
