What you will accomplish with us




As a

Project Management Intern, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

Gathering information from stakeholders; Mapping operational processes related to month-end, billing, provision reversals, and year-end; Identifying friction points, dependencies, and risks; Collaborating with the Ops team to review critical procedures; Producing clear and accessible deliverables (guides, dashboards, process sheets); Participating in the implementation of an internal communication plan; Contributing to team training and skill development.

We are looking for someone who:

Is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management; Is recognized for their ability to structure information and simplify complex processes; Stands out for their organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy; Demonstrates strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills; Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role involves daily interactions with our vendor and English-speaking stakeholders, both verbally and in writing; Shows interest in operational environments and portfolio management tools (e.g., Planview).
