Job description:



The mandate of the PMBP supporting Operations Performance is to be in charge of the Performance of the overall VSM (Value Stream Management) of the aircraft that includes some major components suppliers, Pre-FAL (Final Assembly Line) business unit, the two FAL until the transfer to the Customer Line organization.



In this framework, the PMBP needs to capture all pertinent information from the different stakeholders in order to provide VSM performance based on the needs.



A second aspect of the mission is the management of Risks & Opportunities at Operations level. The intent of running Risks & Opportunities is to anticipate any deviations, any issues or impact that can have a financial impact on the aircraft program.





Key responsibilities:



Project Management:



Deliver PPM (Program and Project Management) deliverables for the Portfolio of projects under the organization.

Ensure the application of Project Management processes, methods, and tools.

Define and deliver progress reports (KPIs, dashboards) on schedule, interdependencies, costs/fundings, resources/partners & suppliers, actions, and risks/opportunities.

Milestone Management:



Supervise and control project landmarks, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Organize and facilitate major landmark meetings, including data collection, KPI updates, and critical path analysis.



Communication and Coordination:



Act as the Work Package Focal Point, coordinating all work package-related aspects between the Purchaser (Airbus) and the Service Provider.

Maintain regular communication with the Technical Coordinators and other stakeholders.

Participate in regular review meetings, including Kick-off Meetings (KoM), Monthly Technical Acceptance Reviews (MTAR), and Final Project Meetings (FPM).



Deliverables Management:



Lead deliverables across various project phases: Opportunity Study, Initiating, Planning, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing.

Ensure deliverables meet the defined acceptance criteria and are delivered on time.



Travel and Location:



Be physically present at the Mirabel site for a minimum of three days per week.

Up to two days of telework per week may be permitted, subject to managerial discretion.


Organize and handle travel arrangements as required for project execution.

Le mandat du PMBP supportant la performance des operations est d'etre en charge de la performance de l'ensemble de la VSM (Value Stream Management) de l'avion qui inclut certains fournisseurs de composants majeurs, l'unite d'affaires Pre-FAL (Final Assembly Line), les deux FAL jusqu'au transfert a l'organisation de la ligne client.



Dans ce cadre, le PMBP doit recueillir toutes les informations pertinentes aupres des differentes parties prenantes afin de fournir des performances VSM basees sur les besoins.



Un deuxieme aspect de la mission est la gestion des risques et des opportunites au niveau des operations. L'objectif de la gestion des risques et des opportunites est d'anticiper toute deviation, tout probleme ou impact pouvant avoir un impact financier sur le programme aeronautique.





Principales responsabilites :



Gestion de projet



Fournir des produits PPM (gestion de programme et de projet) pour le portefeuille de projets de l'organisation.

Veiller a l'application des processus, methodes et outils de gestion de projet.

Definir et fournir des rapports d'avancement (KPI, tableaux de bord) sur le calendrier, les interdependances, les couts/financements, les ressources/partenaires et fournisseurs, les actions et les risques/opportunites.



Gestion des etapes :



Superviser et controler les etapes du projet, en veillant a ce que les delais de livraison et la qualite soient respectes.

Organiser et faciliter les principales reunions d'etape, y compris la collecte de donnees, les mises a jour des indicateurs cles de performance et l'analyse du chemin critique.



Communication et coordination :



Agir en tant que point focal du lot de travaux, en coordonnant tous les aspects lies au lot de travaux entre l'acheteur (Airbus) et le prestataire de services.

Maintenir une communication reguliere avec les coordinateurs techniques et les autres parties prenantes.

Participer aux reunions d'examen regulieres, y compris les reunions de lancement (KoM), les examens mensuels de reception technique (MTAR) et les reunions finales de projet (FPM).



Gestion des produits livrables :



Diriger les produits livrables au cours des differentes phases du projet : Etude d'opportunite, lancement, planification, suivi et controle, et cloture.

Veiller a ce que les produits livrables repondent aux criteres d'acceptation definis et soient livres dans les delais.



Deplacements et localisation :



Etre physiquement present sur le site de Mirabel au moins trois jours par semaine.

Jusqu'a deux jours de teletravail par semaine peuvent etre autorises, a la discretion de la direction.


Organiser et prendre en charge les deplacements necessaires a l'execution du projet.
