RH is seeking a Communications & Operations Project Leader will plan and execute communication to Galleries, Outlets, Delight Centers (customer service) and Home Delivery Centers. In this role, you are responsible for creating communication and operational materials that support an elevated client experience and delivering excellent execution of all company initiatives. As part of the Optimization Team this leader plays an important role as an advocate for the field and a conduit of information between the field and Home Office. The ideal candidate has a passion for written and verbal communication as well as extensive writing experience. They possess natural leadership skills, are innovative, and a critical thinker. This leader will work within a highly functioning team and must be self-motivated. They have the desire and ability to navigate through multiple competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that changes day to day.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


Foster and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders at all levels of RH in order to understand their obstacles and goals Curate and create communication and resources that are: + Intuitive & simplified
+ On-brand & audience-specific
Design and rollout operational processes and programs that are: + Aligned to the company strategy and vision
+ Can be scaled and updated for continuous improvement
Manage and innovate the company intranet site Edit and proofread communications before publication Publish weekly field communications Lead and/or support additional projects as assigned
OUR REQUIREMENTS


2+ years of experience in communications, operations, project management or similar. 2+ years of luxury retail experience or experience in a customer-facing role is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills. Works well independently and collaboratively Effective verbal communicator who can lead and speak in front of key business partners and stakeholders Excellent content creation skills Ability to synthesize and simplify complex information Strong project management skills with the ability to influence others to achieve desired results and meet all deadlines Proven strategic ability: + Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
+ Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
+ Strong ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
+ Ability to proactively identify opportunities or challenges within scope of team/role and find solutions
Proficiency in Mac Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Google Applications, Photoshop, InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite applications a plus. Experience with content creation platforms, online forms, surveys, blogs, and email marketing experience is a plus. Bachelor's Degree (or above) in Communications or equivalent work experience.
