We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Lead to oversee and drive complex projects in the concrete repairs and foundation repair domains. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and implementing project management methodologies such as Procore, Construct Connect. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational goals. The Project Lead will play a pivotal role in facilitating project planning, risk management, and quality assurance to ensure successful project execution.
Duties
Lead end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects using tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Trello, and SharePoint.
Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management strategies.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed project requirements and specifications.
Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and presentation skills; serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Oversee vendor management activities including negotiations, contract management, and performance monitoring to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Implement change management processes to adapt project scope or objectives while maintaining control over timelines and budgets.
Monitor project progress using dashboards and reports; identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
Foster team management by providing leadership, mentorship, and support to project team members.
Requirements
Proven experience in supervising or leading projects within a structured environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
Extensive experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Trello, SharePoint, Workday, Basecamp, Project Server.
Demonstrated vendor management skills including negotiation and contract oversight.
Able to estimate own projects and deliver, has a good knowledge of concrete repair techniques and materials.
Technical expertise in ERP systems implementation or integration is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Exceptional communication skills--both written and verbal--with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic objectives; adept at risk management and problem-solving.
