Support the vital work of Aya?s Me?n?men (Child and Family Services) by ensuring smooth operations and project success. Your organizational skills will help strengthen Uxwumixw (community) through programs that protect children and preserve Sk?wx?wu7mesh families, guided by values of wenaxws (respect) and healing.
What You'll Do
------------------
Manage all information flow for the Director's office, including scheduling, communications, and confidential documents
Coordinate department projects, monitoring timelines and critical paths with other departments
Develop reports, presentations, and meeting materials to support program evaluation
Maintain organized filing systems for both paper and electronic documents
Process invoices and manage office supply inventory
Document meeting minutes and track action items
Build relationships with project stakeholders across Squamish Nation
Ensure projects adhere to established frameworks and documentation standards
What We're Looking For
--------------------------
5+ years experience in executive support or project coordination
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience handling confidential information with discretion
Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
Knowledge of Indigenous community services and programs
Cultural humility and respect for Sk?wx?wu?7mesh values, sovereignty, and self-determination.

Salary: $ 62,500 - $ 87,500
