We are the most diverse and dynamic of all our peers and have four locations in the lower mainland that allow us to help service our clients.



We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our team in British Columbia. Successful candidates will enjoy working with a team of solid industry professionals creating solutions for a wide variety of wood frame projects from single-family dwellings to large-scale multi-family complexes using CAD software created specifically for our industry. If you have a keen interest in estimation, a talent for creative solutions, and exceptional interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities:




Review designs & specifications to create material take-offs for roof and floor truss packages for a team of account managers. Manage own scheduling and workflow, completing estimates in a timely manner, meeting deadline requirements. Work with our Sales, Design and Production teams to ensure construction details & change orders are completed and processed accurately in a timely manner Maintain a positive relationship with all staff using good communication skills. Communicate well any discrepancies in information to account managers. Continually look for new and better ways to service our customers. Always look for ways to improve your department and yourself personally. Foster a positive and diverse culture

Qualifications:




Residential Construction material take-offs and estimating experience Residential building product knowledge & ability to read blueprints required Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Training with estimating software an asset High degree of organization skills

Qualifications:

Up to $30 per hour
