TWELVE (12) Month STUDENT Co-op (May 2023 - April 2024) Opportunity for a Student in an eligible Co-Op Program

Job Summary:
The Project Engineering Co-op is an integral part of the Engineering team. They are primarily responsible for the management of small projects in the department and tracking continuous improvement savings and project costs. The Co-op student presents an end of work term presentation to the Site Leadership Team.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Project management for small projects in the department
- Develop project management plans and schedules
- Development and execution Installation and Qualification Protocols
- Participate in other equipment related activities (commissioning, start-up, test trials etc.)
- Assist in tracking Operational Excellence savings as well as project costs
- Explore production efficiency improvement ideas
- Help troubleshoot issues and support Engineers in the department
- Assist in organizing engineering drawings
- Assist in setting up engineering document library
- Other related duties as assigned
- Minimum 2nd - 4th year student enrolled in a post secondary diploma in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
- Working toward BSc in Chemistry, Engineering or Pharmacy
- Excellent computer skills (Word and Excel)
- Proficiency with the English language
