Join us to help evolve the program, collaborate with amazing teams, and love what lies ahead.Who we needReporting to the Executive Director of Finance, we are looking for a Project Cost Leader to join us. With the success of points earnings and redemptions tied directly to our revenue and the success of our partners, you will play a critical role in creating cost analyses to guide decision-making. You will forge relationships with business partners and owners to understand key business drivers and build and validate financial forecast models.This is a 9-12 month contract opportunity working in a hybrid model, 2-3 days a week on-site.What\'s in it for you:Ownership.   • Own the revenue and cost forecast model. You will ensure all critical business inputs are included to produce accurate and actionable outputs.
  • Own the reporting for several business functions. You will develop key strategic relationships within our marketing and data and analytics teams, as well as partners and owners. You will add value by becoming their go-to for financial forecasting and reporting.
  • Support the financial planning process. You will collect, analyze, and report on current revenue and spending and long-range planning. You will manage timelines and work with other teams to understand their inputs. You will synthesize and summarize material, providing value-added insight and accurate forecasting.
  • Plan for and manage the month-end forecasting process. You will monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget and communicate with executives about business performance.
  • Continuously improve the planning processes and procedures. You will develop methods and financial measurement tools that empower executives to make data-driven decisions efficiently.
  • Support the organization. You will manage relationships with multiple teams across the company, providing support through financial discipline, transparency and monitoring of the key drivers.
  • Prepare presentation decks with financial analysis and summary. You will have a strong understanding of the points program position at all times and be able to communicate performance and strategic decisions clearly.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and meet all corporate requirements. You will manage the preparation of all financial reports and oversee annual budgeting and strategic planning.
You bring:
  • The analytical experience. You have experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting for companies and projects of different sizes and complexities, and expertise in building and manipulating complex financial models in Excel. Ideally, you have exposure to Power Query or the technical confidence to come up to speed quickly. You can quickly understand and analyze various approaches and understand the short\xe2\x80\x94and long-term business benefits or consequences. You can drill down to the details, obtaining the right level of specificity. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are exceptional.

You have professional written, verbal, and presentation skills. You are highly collaborative and genuinely interested in understanding others, hearing their perspectives, and encouraging high-quality results.
