Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction management team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting project planning, execution, and completion by coordinating between various stakeholders, managing schedules, and ensuring project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing advanced construction management software and technical skills to drive project success.

Duties



Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using autodesk construction cloud and other construction management software Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and civil drawings to facilitate project planning and execution Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Prepare and review construction estimates utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools Use ACC for document review, markups, and collaboration on project drawings and plans Monitor project progress, update schedules, and communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders Support project managers in tracking project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations Assist in managing project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes to keep all team members aligned

Requirements



Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong understanding of construction processes Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, Civil 3D, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, ProCore, HeavyBid, and construction management software Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and tools Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately Experience in civil or heavy construction projects is preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $41,654.86-$77,740.96 per year
