Job Summary:

Solve Roofing is seeking a

Project Coordinator

responsible for

driving roofing projects through every stage of the production pipeline

, beginning with the

customer welcome call

and ending with final close-out. This role owns project momentum, sets expectations with homeowners from day one, and ensures projects move efficiently through scheduling, installation, inspection, and completion while maintaining quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Own and coordinate roofing projects through the full production pipeline, from post-sale handoff to final completion. Conduct

customer welcome calls

to introduce the process, confirm scope, set timelines, and establish clear communication expectations. Actively move projects through internal pipelines by coordinating approvals, materials, labor, inspections, and close-out tasks. Schedule crews, material deliveries, and inspections to prevent delays and bottlenecks. Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, crews, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site inspections and verify project readiness prior to installation. Monitor daily progress, quality, and safety on active job sites, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track. Track budgets, timelines, and material usage to ensure profitability and accountability. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety regulations. Maintain accurate project status updates, documentation, and milestones in project management and pipeline systems. Provide regular progress and pipeline updates to management.

Qualifications:

Project coordination experience in roofing, construction, or related trades. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and move them efficiently through defined pipelines. Strong communication skills with confidence in customer-facing conversations. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. Experience using project coordination, scheduling, or CRM/pipeline software.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Victoria, BC
