You will help support digital ads, social media, and influencer campaigns. Your job is to track tasks, update reports, manage files, and make sure timelines are followed.
You will work closely with team members, vendors, and influencers. You will also help make sure clients receive clear updates and well-organized information.
Success in this role comes from being organized, following up on tasks, communicating clearly, and working independently.
You will report to senior team members and work closely with creative, media, and strategy staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare monthly client reports using templates
Update performance numbers from ads, social media, and influencer campaigns
Track and check key performance numbers (KPIs) in spreadsheets
Make sure tracking links and data are set up correctly before and during campaigns
Flag missing or unusual data for review
Media, Influencer & Vendor Coordination
Keep clear and organized records of media buys, influencer posts, and vendor work
Communicate with influencers and vendors to send assets and collect posting links and reports
Check influencer posts and media placements to make sure they match the agreed plan
Flag any issues or mistakes for follow-up
Project Coordination & Workflow Management
Create project schedules, calendars, and task lists
Send weekly updates to clients and internal teams
Follow up with team members, clients, and partners to make sure deadlines are met
Identify problems early and inform project leads when needed
Organization, Systems & Process Improvement
Keep client, vendor, and influencer contact lists up to date
Help manage multilingual campaigns by tracking different language versions
Use internal tools, templates, and AI tools to work more efficiently
Help improve templates, checklists, and processes over time.
General Support
Provide general marketing and administrative support to help campaigns run smoothly
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of experience in marketing, media, or a coordination role
Strong spoken and written English
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (required)
Very organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience using spreadsheets and basic performance reports
Familiarity with digital and social platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) is a plus
Comfortable using shared drives, file systems, and project tools
Proactive and willing to ask questions, flag issues, and improve processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $51,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
