As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support our expanding operations in the Eastern Canada region.

About the Role

The Project Coordinator will be an essential part of our operations team, supporting project execution, internal coordination, and administrative processes across multiple Polaron entities. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is curious, eager to learn, and excited to build a long-term career in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.

What You Will Do

Coordinate project activities, resources, and documentation to support timely execution of solar projects with a primary focus on the East region. Collaborate and communicate with various internal departments and affiliated entities to ensure smooth project flow. Act as a central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external partners. Track project progress, update schedules, and identify potential delays or risks. Maintain organized project records, reports, and internal tracking systems. Assist in resolving operational challenges by identifying gaps and proposing practical solutions. Support scheduling, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and documentation of key discussions. Contribute ideas and improvements to help streamline processes and increase efficiency.

What You Bring

A proactive mindset with strong curiosity and a genuine eagerness to learn. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Professional communication skills with fluent English, both written and verbal. Mandarin language skills are considered a strong asset. Proficiency with Google Workspace and general office technology tools. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team. Interest in developing a long-term career within a growing and stable organization.
