Impactt Construction delivers high-quality commercial construction projects with a focus on precision, accountability, and client satisfaction. Our team works collaboratively across estimating, project management, and site operations to ensure seamless project delivery. We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support our growing project team.

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive individual looking to build a long-term career in commercial construction project management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination Maintain project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Assist with procurement of materials and equipment Support site teams with administrative and logistical needs Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly filed
Qualifications & Experience

1-2 years of experience in construction project coordination or administration Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management (preferred) Basic understanding of construction processes and project workflows
Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar software is an asset Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
