Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Industrial project management team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting project execution from inception to completion, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders, and maintaining project schedules. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in industrial structural, mechanical, electrical and automation processes and project management to contribute to a dynamic project across various phases of design, construction through to commissioning.

Duties



Assist in developing and managing project timelines using Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings, 3D models. Utilize construction management software to track progress, RFIs, change orders, and budgets. Monitor project schedules providing regular updates to management. Facilitate communication between field teams and office staff to ensure project specifications are followed accurately. Assist in managing procurement processes and subcontractor coordination. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all project phases, including change orders, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements



Proven experience in industrial project management teams or related roles; familiarity with sructural and mechanical projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings. Proficiency with construction management software. Experience with construction cost control processes. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics accurately. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.

Pay: $51,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
